General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) of the Hôtel de France, Narbonne (SAS ROSSINI)
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all reservations made with the Hôtel de France in Narbonne (SAS ROSSINI), located at 6 rue Rossini, 11100 Narbonne, registered under number 927 480 459 00019, with the intra-community VAT number FR75927480459.
By booking a room, the guest unreservedly accepts these GTCS.
2. Reservations
Booking methods: Reservations can be made via our website, through our travel partners, by phone, by email, or on-site.
Reception opening hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Reservation guarantee: A valid credit card or a deposit may be required to guarantee the reservation.
Confirmation: A reservation confirmation will be sent via email.
Miscellaneous: Pets are welcome. The hotel provides a hospitality tray and a baby cot. Guests may also enjoy board games, a communal lounge area, and a private patio where smoking or simply relaxing is permitted. Key storage is available at the reception. Restrooms located outside the guest rooms and free Wi-Fi access are also available.
3. Rates
Applicable rates: Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
Tourist tax: A tourist tax of €1.30 per person per night applies, in accordance with local regulations.
Additional services: Services not included in the rate (breakfast, shop purchases, etc.) will be charged separately.
Pets are accepted subject to conditions (fee: €10). 4. Payment terms
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), cash, bank transfer, holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances), ONEY.
Payment upon arrival or departure: The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival or departure.
Deposit: A 30% deposit may be required for group bookings; this amount will be deducted from the total cost at the time of final payment.
5. Cancellation and modification
Standard terms:
Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date.
For any cancellation made after this deadline, a 50% charge applies.
No-show: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Modification: Any request for modification (dates, number of nights) is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
6. Arrival and departure
Check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. House rules
Use of premises: Guests agree to respect the property, the facilities, and the peace and quiet of other occupants.
Non-smoking: All rooms and common areas are strictly non-smoking. A fine of €68 will be charged for non-compliance.
8. Liability
Hotel liability: The hotel accepts no liability for the theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings within the establishment.
Guest liability: The guest is liable for any damage caused to the establishment or to other guests. 9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, etc.).
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at the bottom of the page.
This data is used solely for managing reservations and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the region shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
