L'ospitalità è un'arte molto difficile e all'Hotel de France sono proprio maestri di gentilezza e professionalità nel far sentire un cliente a casa. Siamo state solo una notte ed è un vero peccato! Camere pulite e dotate di aria condizionata, letti comodi e biancheria delicatamente profumata. La colazione in una sala carinissima e accogliente che mette di buonumore già dalla mattina. Era il mio compleanno e ho avuto una torta deliziosa con la candelina da spegnere portata dalla sorridente e dolce proprietaria. Questo tipo di attenzioni e coccole verso il cliente sono rare e per tale ragione davvero preziose.
L'hôtel si trova in una stradina tranquilla, perpendicolare alla piazza in cui sono Les Halles e da dove la navetta gratuita C1 ti conduce al centro storico e la C2 alla stazione SNCF. La struttura è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza dell' Hotel de Ville.
Per posizione, servizi e professionalità l'hôtel merita 10 su 10.

The Hôtel de France is a particularly pleasant establishment for several reasons.

From the moment you enter this lovely building, the host greets you with a smile and kindness, offering help and advice to make the most of the hotel and the charming city of Narbonne.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, on a quiet street with easy parking, just steps from the market halls, the historic district, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Our room (number 15) was comfortable, spacious, and very quiet, as it overlooked the small interior patio. It was spotless, had everything you could need, and featured a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of homemade cakes and cookies, delicious artisanal jams, fresh bread, and dairy products. If the weather is nice, breakfast on the patio surrounded by greenery is the perfect way to start the day!

I highly recommend this establishment, and we will certainly return on our next visit to Narbonne.

A family-run hotel with thoughtful details that make it very comfortable. A charming interior courtyard and spacious rooms. Don't expect luxury; the real luxury lies in its central location, easy parking, friendly service, warm welcome, and impeccable cleanliness.

We stayed at the Hôtel de France for six days (June 10th to 16th). The welcome was immediately warm. A perfect stay! The hotel is very well located (parking right next door). It's a quiet, charming hotel with a generous breakfast (served in an elegant room). The owner is attentive, efficient, cultured, and has a great sense of humor! Thank you!
