Hospitality is a very difficult art, and at the Hotel de France, they are masters of kindness and professionalism in making guests feel at home. We only stayed one night, which is a real shame! The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, with comfortable beds and delicately scented linens. Breakfast was served in a charming and welcoming room, putting you in a good mood from the morning onward. It was my birthday, and I was greeted with a delicious cake and a candle to blow out by the smiling and sweet owner. This kind of attention and care for a guest is rare and therefore truly precious.
The hotel is located on a quiet street, perpendicular to the square where Les Halles is located, and from where the free C1 shuttle takes you to the historic center and the C2 to the SNCF train station. The property is less than a 10-minute walk from the Hôtel de Ville square.
For its location, services, and professionalism, the hotel deserves a 10 out of 10.

The Hôtel de France is a particularly pleasant establishment for several reasons.

From the moment you enter this lovely building, the host greets you with a smile and kindness, offering help and advice to make the most of the hotel and the charming city of Narbonne.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, on a quiet street with easy parking, just steps from the market halls, the historic district, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Our room (number 15) was comfortable, spacious, and very quiet, as it overlooked the small interior patio. It was spotless, had everything you could need, and featured a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of homemade cakes and cookies, delicious artisanal jams, fresh bread, and dairy products. If the weather is nice, breakfast on the patio surrounded by greenery is the perfect way to start the day!

I highly recommend this establishment, and we will certainly return on our next visit to Narbonne.

We stayed at the Hôtel de France for six days (June 10th to 16th). The welcome was immediately warm. A perfect stay! The hotel is very well located (parking right next door). It's a quiet, charming hotel with a generous breakfast (served in an elegant room). The owner is attentive, efficient, cultured, and has a great sense of humor! Thank you!
