Perfect location, exceptional hostess

Hotel de France is very well situated, near all the major sights in Narbonne.
The ambiance is very homey, you feel so at ease. The breakfast was nice.
The services were impeccable.

An exceptional transformation in the heart of Narbonne! I was already familiar with this hotel, and the change of ownership has been a resounding success. This new family team has breathed a unique soul into the establishment: it is now a warm and welcoming place where you immediately feel at home. The location remains ideal, just steps from the famous Narbonne Market. The decor has been tastefully redesigned, and we were particularly impressed by their deep respect for the environment, an eco-responsible commitment evident throughout the hotel. Breakfast has become a pure delight, thanks in particular to the homemade products, the delicious pastries, and the simply exceptional selection of jams. What truly sets this place apart are the countless thoughtful touches offered free of charge (so rare these days!): our suitcases were gently placed in our room upon arrival, and we were given a small bottle of water for our departure. A huge thank you to this wonderful family of hoteliers for their warm welcome, their generosity, and this superb renovation. A must-stay that I wholeheartedly recommend!

The owner is charming, attentive, and has a genuine vision and commitment to eco-friendly practices.

The room was large, with a high ceiling, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained but dated; it will need to be renovated in the coming years.
If I return to Narbonne, I know where I'll stay.
